Room was large and clean with excellent amenities.
The service was atrocious throughout our stay. I cannot believe how incompetent and untrained the staff were. they couldn't even speak basic English! We had requested a guided tour to the Medina, but the arrangements were a complete mess. The guide arrived without a car, leaving us embarrassed as we had no cash to pay him directly as instructed by the hotel. How can a five-star establishment fail so spectacularly in service?

The hotel had a beautiful design and the
rooms were spacious, though I found the service at the pool a bit slow. The views from our room were stunning, creating a perfect backdrop for our vacation. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but the staff needs to be more attentive.

What you should know
The rooftop bar is a breathtaking oasis! ! Enjoying tapas with stunning views over the old town was a highlight of my stay. The hospitality was exceptional, with staff ensuring my needs were met throughout my visit.
The building's maintenance left a bit to be desired. Stained carpets and bathroom cleanliness raised concerns that can detract from the overall elegance of the establishment.

Beautiful Views and Great Vibes
Wow, the rooftop views were killer! It felt like you were on top of the world. The pool was refreshing, though a bit chilly for my taste. The breakfast buffet blew me away with all the local goodies. However, getting there was a bit of a trek, and the roads need some work. But overall, it was a solid stay!

We had an incredible stay with our daughter. the in-room dinner organized by the manager was a real highlight, and Mrs Semira’s gentle care for our sick child truly touched our hearts. The spa was a fantastic way to unwind, and we loved lounging by the outdoor pool. The only small drawback was that the room design felt a little cramped for our family, but it didn't take away from our experience at all! 😊

I recently stayed here for 3 nights in a Deluxe Room and was truly impressed. The amazing views of the city were breathtaking, and the comfortable room with fantastic air conditioning made our stay delightful. The rooftop bar was a highlight with its delicious tapas and stunning scenery, although the restaurants were a bit overpriced. I'd definitely come back again for the experience!

The food at Sahrai is a feast for the senses! The rooftop bar serves brilliant tapas that's the perfect stunner with a view over Fes. The Moroccan dishes are bursting with flavor, while the French restaurant had desserts that dance on your palate. Plus, my room was so comfy, and the housekeeping staff were super friendly—definitely a cherry on top of my stay!
However, getting around was a hassle since taxis are a tricky business around here, and the pool water was icicle cold despite the heat. Navigating the area felt like an adventure on a dodgy road, so keep an eye on your wallet when catching rides.

The hotel is stunning and boasts beautiful grounds, but service can be inconsistent—sometimes feeling inattentive. While the amenities are impressive, issues like ants and noise from other guests were disappointing. Overall, it has great potential with some improvements in staff responsiveness and pest control needed.
